Keara Christensen, RMT

Keara Christensen is a registered massage therapist at Able Body Health Clinic. Keara graduated from the Lethbridge College Massage Therapy Program (Accredited by the Canadian Massage Therapy Council for Accreditation) in 2023 with “Honours with Distinction”. Keara’s desire to become a massage therapist stems from her aspirations to help improve her clients' overall well-being. Among the various techniques Keara holds, she has found a deep affinity for working on the neck and legs, and is certified in myofascial cupping. Through her focused techniques in these regions, she aims to release physical discomfort and instill a sense of relaxation and rejuvenation. Keara looks forward to working with you to create an individualized treatment plan for your unique needs. She also graduated from the Kinesiology program at the University of Regina in 2026, adding to her love of learning about the human body.

In her free time, Keara enjoys spending time with her family, especially being out on her family farm, where she can spend time with her cows. She also enjoys expressing her creativity through painting, drawing and being crafty.
