I am a Registered Massage Therapist at Able Body Health Clinic and a member of the Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapist Association (CMMOTA). I graduated from the 3,000 hour advanced massage therapy program at Makami College in 2017.
As a massage therapist, I have always been interested in how the body works and traditional healing practices. After working a few years as a massage therapist, I found that I really enjoyed helping people relax and feel better. I believe that massage therapy is a great way to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and manage pain. I am passionate about helping people feel their best and reach their wellness goals.
Skilled in the use of orthopedic assessment and various massage therapy treatments and techniques. Experienced in providing Swedish, therapeutic, deep muscle and sport massage, joint mobilization, relaxation massage, trigger points, suction cupping, myofascial therapy, Advance Neuromuscular techniques, pregnancy and pre/post natal massage, manual lymph drainage, youth and senior massage. Ability to determine the best and most appropriate treatment needed for each client while encouraging them to listen to their bodies.
In addition to practicing massage therapy, I also enjoy crocheting, knitting, sewing, in my free time, I also like to go out with my family to hunting, fishing, hiking and camping on the free campground in summer and winter as well, special on New year camping in the middle of the lake and enjoying ice fishing, fireworks at 12 and waiting to the sun come out to say good morning New Year.
